I'm a bit worried. Lately my husband suffers more and more from joint complaints. He's getting stiff, although he exercises from time to time. Maybe that's the problem: from time to time. There is no real regularity in his schedule, sometimes it's three times a week, and sometimes it's once in three weeks. I think he's putting too much pressure on his muscles without doing stretching exercises or so. He started yoga, but did only one lesson and then stopped, so that doesn't help much either. I hope he'll get wiser soon!
